What LeadProof processes

When a customer uses the production API, LeadProof temporarily processes the lead fields needed to normalize and deliver the request to the customer’s configured HTTPS destination.

What LeadProof stores

LeadProof stores delivery metadata such as source, destination hostname, status code, latency, email domain, receipt identifier, and a SHA-256 payload fingerprint. LeadProof does not intentionally store the complete production lead payload. Pilot, audit, and Fit Bot submissions store the contact and business information the submitter provides.

Purchases and account activation

Stripe processes payment-card details. LeadProof receives and stores the purchaser email, Stripe customer, checkout, and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and billing lifecycle events needed to provide or suspend service. LeadProof does not receive or store complete card numbers. Secure activation uses the email associated with a signed-in ChatGPT identity to match an active purchase.

First-party funnel analytics

LeadProof records page visits, audits, checkout starts, confirmed payments, and activations using a random first-party browser identifier. These events measure service performance and do not contain API keys, payment-card details, or complete production lead payloads.

How information is used

Information is used to operate delivery, provide receipts, fulfill subscriptions, enforce plan limits, troubleshoot failures, manage customer relationships, and respond to business inquiries. LeadProof does not sell personal information.

Service providers and destinations

Production lead data is delivered to the destination selected by the API customer. Stripe, OpenAI Sites, and other hosting or infrastructure providers process data as necessary to operate LeadProof.

Retention and security

API secrets are stored as cryptographic hashes and complete API keys are revealed only once. Delivery, funnel, subscription, and customer records are retained while needed to provide the service, support customers, prevent fraud, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of account or inquiry information, submit a request through the LeadProof contact form.
