Terms of Service

Service

LeadProof provides lead normalization, webhook delivery attempts, delivery verification, and related receipts. Customers are responsible for their source data, destination systems, notices, consents, and lawful use.

No guaranteed delivery or revenue

LeadProof is designed to improve visibility and reliability, but no networked service can guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful delivery, conversion, or revenue. Audit and qualification estimates are illustrative and depend on customer-provided inputs and stated assumptions.

Acceptable use

Do not use LeadProof for unlawful contact, spam, credential theft, malware, surveillance, restricted data without authorization, or attempts to access private networks. Customers may only send data they have the right to process.

API keys and limits

Customers must protect API keys and save one-time activation credentials securely. Plans have request limits. Access may be suspended automatically for nonpayment or cancellation, and may also be suspended for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans renew according to the billing arrangement shown at Stripe checkout. Cancellation stops future service according to the subscription’s effective cancellation date; amounts already due remain payable.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, LeadProof is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the prior three months.
