How is paid access delivered?
Stripe confirms payment, LeadProof assigns the purchased plan, and the buyer activates a one-time API key while signed in with the identity matching checkout.
What happens when billing becomes inactive?
Production access is suspended automatically when Stripe reports a canceled, unpaid, paused, or otherwise inactive subscription.
What counts toward Builder's 2,500-event allowance?
One newly accepted lead event counts once after its destination delivery run finishes, whether the final state is verified or failed. Built-in destination attempts, duplicate-key lookups, and fingerprint-verified replay of that stored event do not consume additional included events. Requests rejected before an event is stored do not count.
Will LeadProof charge a Builder overage automatically?
No. After 2,500 counted events in the current 30-day period, a new distinct event receives HTTP 429 with the machine-readable code usage_limit_reached instead of being accepted as a paid overage. Previously stored idempotent results and valid fingerprint-verified replays remain available without another usage count. Choose Agency before the boundary if expected volume is higher.
Is Builder billed monthly, and what happens if I cancel?
Builder is billed at $49 per month. Stripe checkout presents the renewal terms before payment. Cancellation stops future service according to the subscription's effective cancellation date, inactive access is suspended automatically, and amounts already due remain payable.
